Our Plan
Actively support the creation of a Pro-Soccer Club in Rhode Island through social media and word of mouth in order to show that there is a want, and a need, for a professional soccer club in the state.
Support
Soccer has routinely been known as the world’s most popular sport. Although the United States has not always thought of it in this way, the sport has been continuously growing in the country throughout the past few years. With the creation of a pro-soccer team in the area, we will be able to help expand this growing interest. Soccer has also been believed to be more than a sport, more of an event that brings the world together. There is already support in the area for soccer, and to have the opportunity to support a team locally is incredibly beneficial. People will be able to support their hometown team in the sport that they love, while others will be able to become passionate about something that they did not know that they were interested in.

Benefits
The creation of an affordable youth academy program for southern New England children, the creation of a multi-purpose sports/entertainment complex in and/or around the city of Pawtucket, the creation of jobs, and the rising support of the sport.
YOUTH ACADEMY
With the creation of a pro-soccer club, many children in the Ocean State, and other surrounding New England states, will have access to an affordable youth soccer program.
ENTERTAINMENT & SPORTS COMPLEX
Our hope is that we will be able to see a new stadium built not only for the pro-soccer club, but for all other major sports and entertainment events that will happen in the state.
JOB CREATION
With the establishment of a pro-soccer club in the area, there is a chance to increase the number of employment opportunities and benefit the state as a whole.
YOUTH ACADEMY
Soccer in the United States has almost always been a pay-to-play sport. Membership fees typically will range from $2,000 to $5,000 depending on the level the player is at. This typically does not include any team travel costs nor the registration fee. This stops many families from signing their children up in these programs, as many cannot afford these astronomical fees. This helps to create better soccer players, keep children fit, and create love and support for the sport.
SPORTS & ENTERTAINMENT STADIUM COMPLEX
Rhode Island has a rich sporting history. Many colleges and high schools are renowned in the area for their sport programs. However, there is no true stadium in which the playoff/championship games are able to be held. McCoy Stadium has long been the home of the Pawtucket PawSox, and with the team moving out, there is now the opportunity to build a multi-purpose sports and entertainment complex.
JOB CREATION
The state of Rhode Island has routinely scored in the bottom of the job creation index. With a pro-soccer club hopefully coming to the area, and with the building of a new sports/entertainment complex, there will be a creation in jobs in the area. This is one of the major aspects of this venture that we are passionate about because this will benefit not only the club but the community as well. People will be able to support a local professional soccer club while being able to find work in the sports industry and still living in Rhode Island.
